Online Check-in

  • You need to check in in advance in order to receive the PIN code to enter the building.

    • After booking, you’ll get a link for your online check-in.
    • Once it’s completed, you’ll receive your PIN to enter the building and your room on the day of your arrival.
  • You can check the status of your online check-in in the My Trips section on our website or app.
  • Once you have completed your online check-in, you’ll receive your PIN code on the day of your arrival.
  • You can always open the main entrance door and your room door with the PIN code. Depending on the property, you might also need it to access the laundry room. luggage locker room, etc.

24/7 Online Reception

  • Our reception team operates digitally–they're here for you 24/7 and just a text away. Reach out via WhatsApp or phone with any questions or concerns.

  • Our online reception team is happy to support you in English, German, Spanish, Italian, and French.

Cleaning Policy & Essentials Closet

    • Your room is professionally cleaned before your arrival.
    • Final cleaning is always included.
    • If you stay for more than 7 nights, we’ll clean your room for free on a weekly basis.
  • You can request extra cleaning for an additional fee via My Trips.
  • Extra towels and toiletries are always available for you in the Essentials Closet–for free.
  • Most of the Numa properties offer a laundry room or washing machines in the rooms. You can check the availability on My Trips.

Trip Management

  • You can always edit your booking via My Trips.
  • You can easily manage your booking via My Trips and request early check-in or late check-out there. It nearly always works! Unless the property is too busy that day.
  • You'll receive a notification via WhatsApp/SMS on the day of your arrival, as soon as your room becomes available ahead of time, allowing you to check in early.

Extra Services

  • Most of our properties offer breakfast at an external breakfast partner or breakfast boxes, which will be delivered to your room door every morning. You can find all the necessary information in the My Trips section on our website or app.
  • Our extra services include breakfast, free luggage storage, laundry rooms, on-site parking, and more. You can check in the My Trips section on our website or app which services are available at the property you booked.
