Signing up is easy and quick! Simply click here and create your account for free. 

Log in to your Numa account on our website or app, select your desired dates and room type, and complete the booking process. Your member benefits will be applied automatically.

Free drinks and snacks are available at most of our properties for stays for at least 2 nights.

However, please note that this perk is not offered at the following locations: all Amsterdam properties (except Amsterdam Docklands), Cologne Ehrenfeld, Hamburg Base, Salzburg Ivy, Salzburg Maximilian, Brussels Scoop, Florence Palazzo Haggis, Rome Portico, Rome Verso, Venice Forcola, Barcelona Lumino, Barcelona Lustre, Barcelona Seda, Madrid Goya, Madrid Luna, Madrid Script, Lisbon Rato, and London Bloomsbury.

Claiming your free early check-in or late check-out is easy. 

Early check-in:

• Simply select your preferred time in My Trips. Please note that early check-in isn't guaranteed before 3pm (standard check-in time), but if your room is ready earlier, we'll notify you so you can check-in early. 

Late check-out: 

• Simply visit My Trips to check for availability. If the option for a late check-out is available, you can proceed and book it directly. 

You'll receive a notification as soon as your room becomes available ahead of time, allowing you to check-in early. 

When you access My Trips, you'll instantly see if the option for a late check-out is available. If so,  you can go ahead and book it directly.
